About me - I am certified
Meditation Instructor and online author. For the last 30 years have studied spiritualism and took the Sheri Wade Meditation
course in 2006, from which a teachers certificate has been maintained. My other interests include writing, music, movies and
the internet, particularly politics and weather.
My life has been a fortunate one with a loving and supportive
family, and a choice made to move on from working in the private sector in order to follow a new path - as an author and Musician.
Having Multiple personalities gives the advantage of a fully
active imagination with stories and music coming from my "others". I have been called many things in my lifetime, including
psychopathic, crazy and Schizo, none of which apply to my present situation. It has been a difficult task to overcome the
obstacles of multiplicity, but there comes a time when one must stand up for who and what they are, and that time has come
for me.
It is my hope that everyone who reads these words will begin
a journey of recognition to the truth that is personal to them.
