Hi My name is Allen Graih. I am certified Meditation Instructor and online author. For the last 30 years have studied spiritualism and have completed the Sheri Wade Meditation course in 2006, from which a teachers certificate has been maintained.

My life has been a fortunate one with a loving and supportive family, and a choice made to move on from working in the private sector in order to follow a new path - as an author and Musician.

Having Multiple personalities gives the advantage of a fully active imagination with stories and music coming from my "others". I have been called many things in my lifetime, including psychopathic, crazy and Schizo, none of which apply to my present situation. It has been a difficult task to overcome the obstacles of multiplicity, but there comes a time when one must stand up for who and what they are, and that time has come for me.
